Class A CDL Tech – Minneapolis, MN – 1st Shift

Hiring skilled tractor and trailer technicians for 1st shift, Sunday–Wednesday in Minneapolis. Hands-on, labor-intensive work with excellent pay, benefits, and sign-on bonuses.

Job Details:

• Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Home Time: Daily
• Pay: Hourly with differentials:
• • Mid Shift: +$2.50/hr
  • Weekend (Sunday) Differential: +50% of base pay for Sunday hours
  • Mobile Technician Differential: +$5.00/hr
• Bonuses:
• • Diesel Tech II Sign-On: $7,500
  • Referral Bonus: $10,000
  • Maintenance Tech Sign-On: $7,500 (paid in stages up to 1 year)
• Responsibilities:
• • Project and repair work on tractors and trailers
  • Labor-intensive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ensure equipment safety and reliability
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tractor maintenance experience
• Ability to independently complete advanced repairs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Heavy Duty Truck Technology or related field
• 2+ years of tractor maintenance experience
