Class A CDL Hybrid Driver – Home Weekly | Coppell, TX

Position Overview
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a hybrid driving position based in Coppell, TX. This role offers a mix of regional routes and local deliveries, giving drivers flexibility while maintaining consistent weekly home time. Drivers must be comfortable with hands-on, physical work, as all deliveries require unloading and stacking product inside customer locations.

Pay & Compensation

• Mileage Pay (Route Work):
• • $0.47 per mile
  • $50 per stop
  • $200 per trailer unload
• Hourly Pay (Local Work):
• • $25.00 per hour
• Training Pay: $200 per day
• Quarterly Bonus: $200 (based on 40-hour work weeks)
• Holiday Pay & Vacation Pay: Based on 52-week average
• Weekly pay (varies based on assignment)

Schedule & Home Time

• Start: Sunday or Monday
• End: Friday or Saturday (depending on route)
• Home Weekly
• Combination of:
• • Multi-day regional routes
  • Local same-day runs

Job Duties

• Deliver product to customer locations (primarily food service)
• 100% driver unload using hand truck and ramp
• Stack and organize product inside delivery locations
• Cover both regional routes and local runs as needed
• Maintain safe and efficient driving practices

Equipment & Location

• Assigned tractor
• Based out of Coppell, TX
• Parking at distribution center

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to perform heavy, physical unloading
• Comfortable with both local and multi-day routes

Additional Information

• 3–4 weeks of training required after hire
• Rider policy: Per company guidelines
• No pets allowed
• No truck required for orientation
