Class A CDL Team Feeder Driver – Home Daily | Lenexa, KS

Position Overview
We are seeking Class A CDL Team Drivers for a dedicated feeder route based in Lenexa, KS. Drivers will run round-trip loads to Davenport, IA, delivering aftermarket auto parts to Honda dealerships. This is a home-daily position with high-mileage team driving and consistent weekly pay.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,550
• Top Earners: $1,755/week
• Annual Average: $91,284
• Pay Rate: $0.44 per mile ($0.48 max)
• Stop Pay: $18 per stop per team ($9 per driver)
• Delay Pay: $18.54 per driver after 15 minutes of free time
• New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 (paid on second paycheck)

Schedule & Home Time

• Monday – Friday nights
• Home Daily – typically off Saturday morning through Monday morning
• High-mileage team route: averages 3,772 miles/week with 1 stop/day, 5 days/week

Route & Freight Details

• Operating Area: Lenexa, KS to Davenport, IA
• Freight: Aftermarket auto parts (loose pieces: hoods, bumpers, doors, etc.)
• Feeder route is primarily drop-and-hook, minimal freight handling
• Team operation required due to route length

• 2023 International Sleeper Cab
• Automatic transmission
• 28’/48’ Dry Van with lift gates
• Equipped with PrePass & EZ Pass
• Governed speed: 65 MPH
• Onsite parking: Lenexa, KS

Job Duties

• Deliver aftermarket auto parts to Honda dealerships
• Maneuver trailers in tight corridors
• Handle and position delivery roller cages, lift loose boxed parts (40–75 lbs)
• Maintain schedule, safety, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• 3 months verifiable team driving experience (last 3 years)
• Comfortable with tight maneuvers and physical freight handling
• No pets or passengers
• Home for all major U.S. holidays

Orientation

• Location: Davenport, IA
• Duration: 2 days orientation + 2 days onsite training
• Classes held on Tuesday only
• Travel orientation: remain onsite for full week if traveling
