💰 Pay & Bonuses

• Weekly Average: $1,672 – $2,020
• Annual Earnings: $87k – $105k
• Unload Pay: $320 per load, average 3 loads/week
• Mentor Pay: $175/day for 3 loads (for experienced drivers)
• Pay Rate Increases With Experience: $0.70–$0.84 CPM

🏠 Home Time

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Typical home schedule: Friday night/Saturday or Saturday night/Sunday

• Multi-stop deliveries, average 3 stops/load
• Estimated Mileage: 1,004 miles/week
• Solo driver positions only
• Parking: Secured location for drivers living outside Cowpens, SC
• Mentorship: 3-load ride-along for experienced drivers
