Class A CDL Team Driver – Home Daily | Fargo, ND
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for a dedicated nighttime route based out of Fargo, ND. This is a unique team position requiring both drivers to remain in the truck for the full route, hauling aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships. Drivers play a critical role in secure, after-hours deliveries and must be comfortable working independently.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,550 (guaranteed minimum)
- Pay Rate: $0.43 CPM
- Annual Average: $80,600
- Stop Pay: $7.50 per driver per stop
- New Hire Bonus: $500 (paid on second paycheck)
Schedule & Home Time
- Monday – Friday (7:30 PM dispatch)
- Home Daily
- Off Weekends
- Home for all major U.S. holidays
Route & Freight Details
- Operating Area: North Dakota & Minnesota
- Average Miles: 3,300 miles/week
- Freight: Automotive parts (loose items, cages, totes)
- Delivery Type: Touch freight
- Nighttime deliveries to dealerships (after hours)
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver aftermarket auto parts to dealerships after hours
- Unlock/lock dealership gates and doors using provided access
- Unload freight, scan deliveries, and pick up returns
- Maneuver tractor-trailer in tight dealership lots
- Handle and organize freight including lifting and securing items
Equipment
- 2022 Freightliner (Automatic)
- 48’ Dry Van with lift gate
- Equipped with PrePass & EZ Pass
- Governed speed: 65 MPH
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
- 3 months verifiable team driving experience (within last 3 years)
- Ability to perform tight backing maneuvers
- Must be comfortable with:
- Night driving
- Winter weather conditions
- Physical unloading (40–75 lbs)
- Ability to safely handle, lift, and move freight inside trailer and dealership

Orientation & Training
- Location: Davenport, IA
- Schedule includes:
- 2 days of orientation (Tuesday start)
- 2 days of onsite training
- Travel-required drivers must remain onsite for the full week
