Class A CDL Driver – Davenport, IA – Flex / Daily Home Time

Hiring Class A CDL drivers for flex routes in Davenport, IA. Drivers will deliver aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships across IA, IL, IN, MN, MO, NE, and WI. Flex drivers cover for absences, assist on heavy routes, and have the opportunity to take over permanent routes as they become available.

Job Details:

• Pay: $0.58/mile entry ($0.62 max), $18.54/hour
• Weekly Average: $1,400–$1,800
• Weekly Guaranteed Minimum: $1,400 ($1,450 after 12 months)
• Mileage/Stops: Varies by route; must be comfortable maneuvering tractor-trailers in tight dealership lots
• Schedule: Monday–Friday night routes, start times 5:00 pm – 1:00 am
• Home Time: Daily
• Equipment: 2020–2024 Freightliner & International trucks, 28’/48’ Dry Van with lift gates, automatic transmission, EZ Pass, outward-facing cameras
• Load/Unload: Driver unload required; lift and position boxed parts, roller cages, and loose parts (40–75 lbs)
• Bonuses: New Hire Transition Bonus $500 (paid second paycheck)
• Accessorial Pay: Stop Pay – Delivery: $20 / Drop & Hook: $13

Requirements:

• Class A CDL license
• 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience
• Doubles endorsement
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs, secure cargo, and handle delivery equipment
• No pets or passengers

Orientation:

• Paid: $500 (2 days)
• Location: Atlanta, GA (travel day provided, private hotel room, meals included)
• Onsite start: Davenport, IA starting 10/21/2025
