Position Overview
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for a local yard switcher (spotter) position based in Corinth, MS. This role primarily involves moving trailers within a customer yard and between nearby facilities, with occasional short shuttle runs on public roads. This is a steady, home-daily opportunity with flexible shift options.

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $880 – $1,150
• Top Earners: $1,300+ per week
• Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour
• Overtime: $28.00/hour (after 40 hours)
• Lead Driver Pay: +$1.00/hour
• Paid Weekly
• Holiday Pay: Based on prior 52-week average
• Vacation Pay: Based on prior 52-week average

Schedule & Home Time

• Work Week: Monday – Friday (some weekends as needed)
• Home Time: Daily
• Shift Options:
• • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Duties

• Perform yard switching / spotting operations
• Move trailers between docks, buildings, and staging areas
• Shuttle loads between local facilities as needed
• Operate safely on both yard property and public roads
• Coordinate with dispatch and yard personnel

Position Details

• Location: Corinth, MS (38834)
• Operating Area: Primarily within 50-mile radius (some routes may extend beyond)
• Average Hours: 40–50 hours/week (full-time)
• Part-Time: 20–30 hours/week available

Current Openings

• Full-Time: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday–Friday with some Saturdays
• Part-Time:

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to safely perform yard switching and trailer movements
• Comfortable operating on public roads when needed
• Reliable and safety-focused
