💰 Pay & Earnings

• Weekly Average: $1,730 – $1,923
• Annual Earnings: $90k – $100k
• Band Pay: Extra pay for shorter hauls under 400 miles

🏠 Home Time

• Every other weekend for 3 days
• Flexible schedule for solo or team drivers

🛡️ Safety & Performance Bonuses

• CSA Safety Bonus: $700–$875 solo / $825–$1,025 team every 90 days + PTO
• On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
• PasSmart Safety Bonus: Rewarded for safe driving (speed compliance, clean record)
