Class A CDL Tech II – St. Paul, MN – 2nd Shift

Hiring experienced tractor and trailer technicians for 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, in St. Paul. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role with excellent pay, benefits, and sign-on bonuses.

Job Details:

• Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Home Time: Daily
• Pay: Hourly with shift differentials:
• • Mid Shift (11 AM–7:30 PM): +$2.50/hr
  • Second Shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM): +$5.00/hr
  • Weekend Differential: +50% base pay
  • Mobile Tech Differential: +$5.00/hr
• Bonuses:
• • Tech II Sign-On: $7,500
  • Referral Bonus: $10,000
• Responsibilities:
• • Project and repair work on tractors and trailers
  • Perform labor-intensive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure equipment safety and reliability
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tractor maintenance experience
• Ability to independently complete advanced repairs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Heavy Duty Truck Technology or related field
• 2+ years of tractor maintenance experience
